Data Deletion

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This page explains how to remove wetrigr's access to your connected accounts and how to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. wetrigr is operated by Awesome Days Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company number 13056484).

1. Request deletion of your data

To have your wetrigr account and the personal data we hold about you deleted, email us at hello@wetrigr.com from the email address on your account (or message us on WhatsApp) with the subject “Delete my data.”

We'll confirm your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days. There's nothing you need to pay or install — just ask, and we'll take care of it.

2. Remove wetrigr's access to Instagram & Facebook

You can revoke wetrigr's access to your Instagram and Facebook accounts at any time. Once you do, we can no longer see or post to your account.

  • In wetrigr: Account → Instagram connection → Disconnect, then Yes, disconnect.
  • In Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or “Apps and Websites”) → find wetrigr → Remove.
  • In Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active → find wetrigr (it may show as wetrigr-IG) → Remove.
Any of these stops us posting on your behalf and immediately deletes your connection's access token and the Instagram comments and direct messages we stored for your inbox. Your other wetrigr data (your account, photos, posts and settings) stays until you ask us to delete it with the request in step 1.

3. What gets deleted

When you request deletion, we remove the personal data we hold about you, including:

  • Your account and contact details (name, email, phone, business name);
  • Photos and videos you uploaded or sent us;
  • Posts, captions and drafts we created for you;
  • Your connected-account access tokens and the profile information we received from Instagram/Facebook;
  • Your brand settings (logo, colours, style and posting preferences);
  • Instagram comments and direct messages we received for your inbox, your replies, and the performance figures (such as reach and views) we read for your reports.

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, invoices and payment records kept for tax and accounting purposes — which are then deleted once no longer needed. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what we collect and how long we keep it.

4. How long it takes

We aim to action deletion requests promptly and, in any case, within 30 days of confirming your request. We'll let you know once it's done.
