These Terms govern your use of wetrigr. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
wetrigr is operated by Awesome Days Ltd (company number 13056484), a company registered in England & Wales, trading as “wetrigr” (“wetrigr”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at hello@wetrigr.com.
wetrigr is a done-for-you social media service. We help you turn photos and videos into branded posts with AI-assisted captions, and — where you authorise it — publish them to your connected Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts. Features, plans and limits are described on our website and may change over time.
You must be at least 18 and using wetrigr for a business or professional purpose. To publish automatically, you’ll need an Instagram Business or Creator account (and, where relevant, a connected Facebook Page) — Instagram does not allow third-party publishing to personal accounts.
You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@wetrigr.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
You keep ownership of the photos, videos and other content you provide (“Your Content”). You grant wetrigr a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, adapt (e.g. crop, grade, brand, generate captions) and publish Your Content solely to provide the service.
You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to Your Content, including the consent of any identifiable people in it, and that publishing it will not break the law or anyone else’s rights.
When you connect an account through official OAuth, you authorise wetrigr to publish and manage content on your behalf. Your use of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok remains subject to their terms and policies, and you’re responsible for complying with them. wetrigr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or TikTok. You can disconnect at any time.
Captions and suggestions are generated with AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are provided for your review — you are responsible for checking and approving all content before it’s published. You should not rely on AI output as professional advice.
You agree not to use wetrigr to upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or that violates the policies of any connected platform; to impersonate others; or to interfere with or misuse the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
wetrigr relies on third-party providers (including Meta, TikTok, Anthropic, Cloudinary, Creatomate, Cloudflare, Stripe and Twilio). We’re not responsible for those services’ availability, changes or actions, but we’ll make reasonable efforts to keep wetrigr working as platforms evolve.
The wetrigr name, brand, website and software are owned by Awesome Days Ltd. These Terms don’t give you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.
We work hard to keep wetrigr reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, reach, engagement, or that publishing will always succeed (platforms can reject or limit posts for reasons outside our control).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, wetrigr is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
You agree to indemnify wetrigr against claims, losses and costs arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms, including claims that Your Content infringes someone’s rights or breaks platform policies.
You can stop using wetrigr and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the service or comply with the law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. content licence for already-published posts, liability, indemnity) continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new date and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use wetrigr after changes take effect means you accept them.
