No — that's the whole point. You send photos and videos; we write the captions, design the posts, and lay out your week. You don't open a design tool or write a word. Designed posts come in 19 looks in your colours (a bold poster, a handwritten note, your own photo with words around it in a circle, a frame, a polaroid or a magazine cover, a coupon, chat-bubble Q&As, a framed quote and more), mixed so your feed never looks like one template. Every business also gets its own design style, so you won't look like the shop next door. Want another look? Just say "different style" or "make it handwritten". Want words on your own photo? Say "write 'Open today' on it", or "write some words for it" and we'll write a line that fits the picture ("no words" takes them off). Your logo goes on every post: just send it on WhatsApp with the word "logo".

We do everything Instagram rewards, every week, so your posts reach as many of the right local people as they can. Instagram shows each post to a small group first, and shows it to more people when they watch, like, save or send it to a friend. Reels reach people who don't follow you yet, so you get Reels every week. Your captions say what you do and where in plain words people search for, with 5 well-chosen hashtags (Instagram's limit). Your business's location is tagged on every post, and photos get a description Instagram's search can read. Once your account has 100 followers, your posting times follow when they're actually online. A comment on a brand-new post comes to you on WhatsApp straight away, because a quick reply then helps most. And when a post names a partner, like "@thevenue", we suggest making it a collab so it shows to their followers too. What we can't do is promise a number of followers or that a post goes viral: that depends on your business and your photos, and growth is usually steady over a few months. Your monthly report shows how many more people are seeing you.

You approve every post before it goes live. Tweak the caption, swap a photo, or drop a post entirely — nothing publishes until you're happy with it. Happy with it? Tap Post now and it goes live straight away, or Schedule it for the best time. Not ready yet? Tap More, then Not now, and we'll save it; say "saved posts" whenever you want it back. Just scheduled one and want it out sooner? Say "post it now", "in 2 hours" or "move it to 5pm". Want to tag a partner business? Say "collab @theirname" (or use the Collaborators box in the app) and it shows on their profile too once they accept. And when someone invites you to collab on their post, we WhatsApp you the post and you accept with one tap. Changed your mind about one that's already scheduled? Say "change an upcoming post" on WhatsApp to change its caption, move it to another day, swap the photo or unschedule it. Something you never (or always) want said? Tell us once, like "from now on don't mention delivery", and every post follows it, including the ones already planned. Updated your website? Say "recheck my website" and we read it again.

No. You start on Autopilot: add a batch of photos (on WhatsApp tap "🪄 Build my week") and we build your whole week from them, then you approve the week in one tap, or say "approve my week" on WhatsApp. A single photo you send still becomes its own post to approve. Prefer to make every post yourself? Choose Hands-on. Switch any time by saying "autopilot" or "hands-on". Either way, nothing goes live without your OK.

Send a short video clip (or a few) on WhatsApp and choose "Make it a Reel" or "Post as it is". As it is posts your video and its sound untouched, with just a caption, after you've seen it. For a Reel, tap two quick buttons (words read over it? which music?). If someone's talking in the clip, tap "Keep the talking" and their voice stays, with subtitles and music quietly under it. You get back a finished Reel to approve, just like a photo post: the best moments cut to music, your logo, a catchy opening line, and subtitles on screen whenever someone speaks. Misheard a name? Say "it's Shlomie, not Clemmie" and the subtitles are fixed, and we'll spell it right from then on. Pick the music style with one tap (upbeat, chill, elegant and more, or no music) and we'll remember it for your next Reels. The music is made fresh for each Reel, just for you. You hear it before anything posts, and "another song" gets you a new one. Reels are fast and lively by default: quick cuts on the beat between lots of short moments of your clips, photos mixed in that zoom as they land, a slow-motion moment, and short words on screen. It works even when your footage isn't perfect, because each moment is on screen so briefly. Say "more dynamic" or "faster cuts" any time. Love how someone else's Reel is edited? Screen-record it on your phone and send it with "copy this style" (or upload it in the app), and your Reels copy its pace, flashes, colours and words. We never use the video itself or its song. Prefer it calmer? Choose how your clips switch: snappy zooms on the beat, swipes, flashes or smooth fades. If someone's talking to camera, we keep the classic cuts so no words get chopped. Want to talk over it? Send a voice note with your clips and your voice goes over the Reel, with subtitles. Not sure what to say? Reply WORDS and we'll send you a short script to read. Rather not record? Say "read it for me" and we'll read it over your Reel. Pick from six natural voices, men's and women's, British and American (say "a woman's voice" or "which voices"), or have it in your own voice: say "use my voice" and send one voice note of about a minute. Say "delete my voice" to remove it any time. In the app it's "Read it for me" on the Reel page, and Settings → Your voice. Or pick "Record it yourself" on the Reel page (or in Edit Reel on your grid): we write the words, you tap Record and read them out, and your real voice goes over the Reel. Want text on the video itself? Just say it, like "put 'Open from 8am' on it", and it goes on screen. Rather have no words at all? Say "no words" and we take them all off, just your clips and music, on this Reel and the next ones ("words back on" to undo). Don't want your logo on it? Say "no logo" ("logo back on" to undo). Each Reel also gets a few fun emoji pop-ups and an end card with your call to action (like "Book your table"), or say "no extras" to keep it clean. Every Reel gets its own cover for your profile grid too: we find the best moment in your video, brighten it, and add a short title in your brand colour and your logo, so your grid looks tidy. Choose from five cover designs, or "Mix it up" for a different one on each Reel (say "cover style", or Settings → Reel covers in the app). Shaky footage? Say "steady it" and we smooth it out. Too dark or dull? Say "brighter" and the colours pop. Want it flashy? Say "make it funky" for glow, light leaks and flash cuts. Want a different part of a clip? Say "cut the first 2 seconds" or "make it 10 seconds", or tap the trim link under your Reel and drag where each clip starts and ends. Want another look? Just say so. In fact, almost anything about a Reel changes just by saying it: "black and white", "vintage", "slow motion", "make the words bigger", "words at the top", "words in yellow", "logo smaller", "music quieter", "keep my sound with the music", "end card should say Book now", "don't crop it", "put clip 2 first" or "remove clip 2". Footage a bit soft or blurry from zooming in? Say "make it sharper", or "enhance it" for our AI enhancer, which rebuilds detail (it takes a few more minutes). Found a style you love? Say "keep this style" and every Reel after comes out the same way: the same look, cuts, colour, music and words. We still ask the two quick questions each time. No clips this week? We make Reels from your photos, so they still go out. We keep unused clips for 90 days, and clips that went into a Reel for 30 days after it posts; the finished Reel is kept.

Film yourself talking about your business and send it on WhatsApp, then tap 🌟 Upgraded Reel (or choose it on the Reel page in the app). While you keep talking, it cuts away to short clips that match what you're saying, puts your strongest lines in big text in your colours, adds music made for it and your words as subtitles, and ends with what you asked people to do. For each one you pick the cutaways: your own photos, real-life, cartoon, hand-drawn, claymation, or text and graphics (big moving words in your colours, no people, in four looks mixed through the Reel). Last time's pick comes first. Change it in your own words: "cartoon cutaways", "use my photos", "make everyone look happier", "put me in a bakery", "bigger subtitles", "different music" or "more text". Misheard a word? Say "it's Shlomie, not Clemmie" and it's fixed. The cutaway clips are made by AI just for your Reel, and you see it before anything posts. Two a month are included with Done for you, and anyone can get one more for $9.

Yes. Every plan includes our Content Coach. Ask it on WhatsApp, or tap "Inspiration" in the app, what to post this week, for a Reel idea and what to say in it, what to write on a picture, or when to post. The answers are for your business, not generic tips, and every week you get your shot list: up to three exact photos or clips we need for the posts coming up, and how to take them (like "Thu Reel: 10 seconds of the oven opening, phone upright"). Say "photos I need" on WhatsApp to see it any time. Near the end of each month you also get next month's plan: how many posts and Reels, the dates worth a post for your business (like Chanukah or Small Business Saturday), and a quick "anything coming up?". Tell us about an offer or event any time, like "coming up: 20% off cakes from 1 December", and we plan your posts around it. Got a lovely review? Send us a screenshot with the word "review" and it comes back as a post with your customer's own words, ready to approve. Send them in the same chat and each one comes back as a post to approve. Add "later" to a photo and we'll just keep it for when your feed needs it. In the app, the Plan page always has three ready-made ideas for you: a Reel (with what to film and what to say), a carousel and a post. Tap one to make it.

Yes. We rewrite your Instagram name, bio and links, and your Facebook Page info, so people can find you and know what to do next. You check it before anything changes. It's included with Done for you, or $49 one-off on Starter and Growth. Just ask us on WhatsApp.

Coming soon: we're waiting for Google's approval. Once it's on, you connect Google once in the app and pick your business, and each photo post that goes out on Instagram also goes on your Google profile (the box people see on Google Search and Maps), with a Call, Book or Learn more button. You'll also see your Google reviews in the app, reply to them there, and turn a happy one into a post. You'll need a Business Profile that Google has verified (it's free at business.google.com). Google Ads aren't part of wetrigr, but ask us on WhatsApp and we can talk it through.

Yes, and they're included, at no extra cost. Say "make a flyer for our Friday sale" on WhatsApp (send a photo with it if you like), or tap Flyer in the app's Create box, and in about a minute you get it back in your colours with your logo: a post-size flyer you can post like any other post, a size for your WhatsApp Status, and a leaflet ready to print yourself (a PDF in A5 or A4, one-sided or two-sided, with a QR code to your website on the back). Want it different? Say "change the date to Saturday", "make it A4" or "different look". We only use the details you give us or what's on your website, and never make up prices or dates. Unlimited with Done for you. Menu → ✨ Extras on WhatsApp shows everything you can order.

Yes. On WhatsApp tap Menu → ✨ Extras → Promote something (or Promote something on the app's Home page) and tell us what it's for, the dates and anything you'd like. One of our team looks it over and sends you back what we'd make for it and the price. Nothing is charged unless you tap Pay, and then it's one tap on the card you already use with us (or a secure payment link).

Yes, if you switch it on. You tell us what customers can know, like your opening hours, prices, where you are and how to book (or tap one button and we draft it from your website for you to check), and we answer their DMs in seconds from that and your website, in their language. We tell you on WhatsApp what we said, and you can add to it. If someone wants to book, order or get a price, we ask for their name, the date and a phone number, and send you the whole enquiry in one message. If we're not sure, or it's a complaint or anything personal, we leave it for you. We never make up prices, dates or availability.

Only as much as you want. Normally you get one message a week saying what to shoot, and a short nudge only if your posts are running out and we haven't heard from you in a few days. Pick More, Normal, Light (just one message a week) or Off, and change it any time: just say "fewer reminders" on WhatsApp, or change it in Account in the app. Your posts carry on either way, and messages about your account (like login codes or billing) always still come.

No contracts. On Growth your first payment is 7 days after you add a card, so you can cancel before then and pay nothing. On Done for you, if you change your mind within 7 days of paying, you get a full refund. After that it's month to month, and you can cancel any time: no cancellation fees, no hoops.

We do. wetrigr builds branded posts from your own photos and videos, tailored to your business, and you approve every post before it goes live. Nothing is posted without your OK.

You don't even need them. We can build your whole week from scratch — branded posts written and designed from your past posts, your website, and a library of post types (tips, quotes, Q&As, announcements and more). Send photos when you have them; when you don't, we've still got you.

Just once, at the start. To connect your page, you (or we, with you) sign in one time through Meta's official login: with Instagram, or with Facebook if your page is linked to one. After that, everything happens on WhatsApp or email and you never need to open either app. No business Instagram yet, or only a personal one? No problem: we set it up with you as part of your first month.

On Growth you set it up yourself in a few minutes: message us on WhatsApp or paste your website at the top of this page, and Trig, our assistant, asks a few quick questions. On Done for you, one of our team gets back to you to start your setup. Send us your website and in about 30 seconds you'll see your brand as we see it (your colours, how you sound and what you do) and 3 example posts made from your own website. Once your Instagram is connected, your approved posts go out on schedule. In the app, a few short setup questions, each with a picture, let you choose how wetrigr works for you, and you can change any answer later.

Growth is for small businesses who want an active Instagram without paying for a person to run it. We make about 20 posts a month, including Reels and carousels, from your photos, videos and website, and they come to you on WhatsApp to approve with one tap. You hear about every DM and comment on WhatsApp and can reply in one tap, and with auto-replies on we answer for you when you're busy. It also includes posting to your Facebook Page and your LinkedIn profile, up to 10 flyers a month, the Content Coach, weekly and monthly reports, and the wetrigr app. The difference from Done for you: you set it up yourself in a few minutes (Trig walks you through it), and there's no team member setting up your profile or a monthly check-in. You can still ask for a person on WhatsApp any time. Your first 3 posts are free, with no card. Then you add a card, and your first payment is 7 days later. You can move up to Done for you whenever you like.

Our first 25 businesses on Growth pay $99 a month instead of $149, and it stays $99 for as long as you stay on Growth. There's no code: it's applied when you add your card. It's for monthly Growth (not annual or Done for you), and once the 25 places are gone, Growth is $149 a month.

We do it all for you. In the first month one of our team sets everything up with you: your Instagram and Facebook profile, connecting your accounts, your look and style, and your first month of posts. After that it keeps going on its own: about 30 posts a month, including Reels, come to you on WhatsApp to approve with one tap, messages and comments get answered, and we check in with you every month with how it's going. Done for you, at $300, is for businesses who want a person to set it all up and look after it, and we're taking on just 10 of those to start.

Always. You connect through Meta's official login (we never see your password), nothing posts without your approval, and you can disconnect any time.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and ask for a person, or tap Menu and choose Talk to a person. One of our team replies in the same chat within one working day, and you can send screenshots, photos and voice notes there too. While you wait, Trig, our automated assistant, can still make your posts. Already a customer? Tap "Get help on WhatsApp" in your app's Account page: Trig sorts most things straight away and passes you to a person when it can't. Not sure what Trig can do? Instagram on every plan, to your feed and your Story: each post goes on your Story too, and you can post a quick Story any time by sending a photo on WhatsApp with the word "story". Your words go on it in one of five Story looks in your brand colours, taking turns so your Stories don't all look the same. You see it before it goes up, and can change the words ("write Open till 9" or "no words") or the look (tap 🎨 Different style and pick one from the list). In the app it's the Story tab in Create: pick a photo, add words, tap a look, post. With Done for you and Growth we can also post to your Facebook Page, from the same workflow. For that, connect through Facebook rather than with Instagram alone, and tick "Also post to my Facebook Page" in Settings. Want a post that already went out on Facebook too? Say "put my posts on Facebook" on WhatsApp. LinkedIn too: we post to your own LinkedIn profile, as you, alongside Instagram or instead of it. Each post gets its own LinkedIn version, written the way LinkedIn reads, which you can change or keep off LinkedIn, and every post still waits for your OK. You connect it once in the app, under Account, LinkedIn. And your WhatsApp Status, in two taps: switch it on and each post arrives on your WhatsApp ready to go. Tap forward, then My status. (WhatsApp doesn't let anyone post to your Status for you, so that last tap is yours.)
